Lettings property manager in French

Search for "gestionnaire locatif", "chargé de gestion locative" or "assistant de gestion locative" for junior roles. The job is not a regulated profession for employees, but agencies that manage property for third parties operate under the Hoguet law: the agency holds a professional card (carte professionnelle mention gestion immobilière), and staff who act on its behalf receive an attestation d'habilitation and must follow regular continuing training. Employers usually expect a BTS Professions immobilières, a licence pro or a master in real estate law, or the titre professionnel Assistant immobilier. Fluent French is essential, since you draft leases and handle disputes with tenants.
