Purpose
These Terms govern access to and use of JobFast, a job search assistance service: job offer scanning (including LinkedIn), compatibility scoring, CV and cover letter generation, and assistance with filling in application forms.
Account and eligibility
You must be of legal age and provide accurate information. One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
Offer and payment
Access to the service is paid via Stripe (one-time payment under the launch offer, or the plan shown at checkout). The prices displayed on the website prevail. Refunds: contact us within 14 days for an unused first purchase; after that, there is no automatic refund unless required by law.
Monthly plans are subscriptions that renew automatically every month until cancelled, which you can do at any time from the Billing section of your dashboard.
Use of the service
- You remain solely responsible for the applications you submit. JobFast prepares; you approve.
- No fraudulent use, spam, or circumvention of third-party platforms (LinkedIn, ATS).
- Generated documents are an aid: review them before sending.
- The service is not affiliated with LinkedIn or with the employers listed.
Availability
We aim for high availability, with no guarantee of results (interviews, hires). Maintenance, updates and technical limitations may temporarily interrupt the service.
Intellectual property
JobFast, its interface and its code remain our property. You keep ownership of your CVs, cover letters and personal data.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, JobFast is not liable for recruiters’ decisions, errors in third-party forms, or indirect damages. Our liability is capped at the amount paid over the last 12 months.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend an account in the event of a breach of these Terms. Data: see the privacy policy.
Governing law
French law. Disputes: the competent courts for the place of the publisher’s registered office, after an attempt at amicable resolution by email.
