Data controller
JobFast is an online service that helps with job searching and preparing applications. For any question: contact@jobfastapp.com.
Data collected
- Identity and contact details: name, email, phone number, city (profile and CV).
- Search data: target roles, locations, contract type, remote preferences.
- Documents: CV (PDF), template cover letter, CVs and cover letters generated for each job offer.
- Activity: job offers analysed, scores, applications ready or submitted.
- Payment: Stripe identifiers (we do not store your bank details).
- Technical: session logs, Supabase authentication cookies.
Analytics and advertising
The website loads the following third-party tools, which may set cookies or collect browsing data:
- Umami: audience measurement (page views, events).
- DataFast: audience measurement and visit attribution.
- Google Ads (gtag tag): advertising conversion measurement.
Purposes
Providing the service (job offer scanning, scoring, document generation, help with filling in forms), managing your account and billing, improving the product and ensuring security.
Legal basis
Performance of the contract (use of the service), legitimate interest (security, support) and, where applicable, your consent for optional features.
Processors
- Supabase: database hosting, authentication, file storage (EU / USA depending on the project region).
- Stripe: secure payments.
- Anthropic: job offer analysis and assisted writing of CVs / cover letters (data limited to what is necessary).
Retention period
Account data: for as long as the account is active, then deleted within 3 years after closure unless required by law. Documents (CVs, cover letters): depending on your use, can be deleted from the dashboard or on request.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection: write to contact@jobfastapp.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French data protection authority).
Security
Encryption in transit (HTTPS), restricted access to data, per-user isolation. No method is infallible: keep your password confidential.
