Does your resume match the job? Check your score
Upload your resume as a PDF or Word file (or paste its text), then paste the job description. The tool spots the skills and keywords the employer expects, checks whether your resume uses them and tells you what to add. Everything runs in your browser.

Indicative result, computed in your browser. It does not replace your payslip, your collective agreement or professional advice. Nothing you type is sent or stored.
How the score is calculated
The text is first normalized: lower case, accents removed, punctuation neutralized. The tool then looks in the job ad for skills from a dictionary of about a hundred entries (tools, languages, methods, spoken languages, soft skills), with French and English synonyms: “project management” and “gestion de projet” count as the same skill.
It also keeps the 20 most frequent words of the job ad, after removing stop words and generic job-ad vocabulary (“role”, “team”, “full time”…). Variants of the same word are grouped: “campaign” and “campaigns” count as one.
Each skill is worth 2 points, each keyword 1 point. The score is the share of points found in your resume, out of 100. Above 70, your resume covers most of the ad; below 45, it needs tailoring.
The score measures how close the wording is, as applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiters skimming a resume do. It does not judge the quality of your experience or your motivation. Only add skills you really have.

Frequently asked questions
Is my data sent anywhere?
No. The analysis runs as JavaScript in your browser. Your resume and the job description are neither uploaded nor stored.
What score should I aim for?
Above 70 out of 100, your resume covers most of the job ad. Between 45 and 70, a few targeted additions are often enough. Below 45, your resume is probably too generic for this job.
Should I copy every keyword from the job ad?
No. Use the skills you really have, in the job ad’s wording, and show them in your experience. A resume stuffed with keywords and no context is easy to spot.
How is this different from an ATS test?
An ATS test mainly checks that software can read the file (layout, columns, fonts). This score compares the content of your resume with one specific job. The two complement each other.
Does it work with job ads in French?
Yes. The skills dictionary and the stop word list cover both English and French.
