Search for responsable commercial or responsable commerciale, responsable des ventes, chef des ventes, responsable grands comptes or responsable régional des ventes. The role is not regulated. Employers usually expect a business school degree, a master's in sales or marketing, or a BTS or BUT followed by solid field experience. Most positions come with cadre status, often a forfait jours working time arrangement, a company car and a variable bonus. Business French is essential for negotiation and team management, and English is frequently required in export-oriented companies.
