Working as a logistics coordinator in France
The job is not regulated. Ads for logisticien often ask for a Bac+5 in supply chain management (master or engineering school), while coordination roles are also open to holders of a BTS GTLA or a BUT Management de la logistique et des transports. Apprenticeship is a common route into the field. Knowledge of Incoterms and customs procedures matters for international roles, and many teams work in English as well as French. Search for « logisticien », « coordinateur logistique », « supply chain coordinator », « analyste supply chain » or « gestionnaire des flux ».
